Not a full refund?
As soon as you helped yourself to £34.99 from my account I requested a refund and was given £32.07. Why have I been charged £2.92 for 17 hours of the Ring doorbell annual plan? before I'm asked to contact live support they have been useless.```MeWhy is the refund £2.92 short? is that what your charging me for 17 hours? 5:26 PMMohamedIt's how the system works. 5:27 PMMohamedIt's automated. 5:27 PMMeThat's not a great answer. Hi @user47489. [Refunds](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Cancel-a-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plan) for the Ring Protect plan are prorated based on the amount of unused time. However, the Ring Community is a public forum, so we aren't able to view the details of your refund. I'd recommend contacting our [support team via phone](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406#store-call-us) rather than chat, as our chat team is geared towards pre-purchase questions and very general troubleshooting assistance. Speaking with an agent over the phone will allow them to review your refund request and consult with the necessary teams to get any questions about the refund process answered.
