Need security screw tool

Question

I just purchased a Doorbell Pro and the tool included does not match the type of security screw that was included for the faceplate.  How do I get the correct tool?

Hey @tmgee. What kind of screw were you provided? The screw driver and screw that is included is double sided, so you may need to take out the metal and flip it around to get the correct security screw size.
