My ring won't notify me anymore

I have no idea what happened my ring will not notify me until I am like literally standing side side with my ring doorbell help I have tried using Tech Support they do not know what's going on after my 30 days subscription free trial ended my sensor stopped picking up at longer distance help me please

Have you got people only mode on? Have you changed/set up any motion zones etc? Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have?
