I've posted about both these issues recently and not received any response. Since it is nearly impossible to get an actual human being on the phone or on the chat function, this forum seems to be the only choice. Given the number of issues occuring lately, I am seriously considering switching camera systems. I'm a long-time Amazon customer and have been, up until recently, very happy with our Ring camera and services. Recently we stopped getting motion notifications on our Floodlight Cam Wired Plus (V3) on any Alexa devices . Since this camera covers our backyard, and a basement door, it is vital to our security. It was working fine when we first installed it and have not made any changes to any settings. I've noted that there was a recent firmware update (1.23.11000). I'm wondering if this is what caused the issue? Strangely, we do get the alerts on our iPhones for this camera. We have contacted Ring with a similar non-response. I need to have this resolved. Also, about a month or so ago, Push Notifications (via Ring.com) turn off several times a day. In the past, I've never had to turn them back on. This is a problem. I do not know if this is related, but our Echo Show is no longer showing video or snapshots of any alert. I'm very disappointed in the number of issues lately and would like a response, please.
