You can find troubleshooting steps for notifications on Android devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices), and on iOS devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Apple-iOS-Devices). Additionally, you'll need to make sure Motion Alerts are toggled on in the Ring app. You can find this under the menu in the top left > Devices > your Ring Doorbell > tap the Motion Alerts toggle to ensure it's on.
