How do I add another accound that will be billed seperatly and view them on my ring app?

I have already several cameras on one account that I view on my phone but I have another business that I want to establish a separate billing account with a different name with cameras and I would like to view them under my same Ring app? How can this be done?

Hi @user_8a17b6. You can have multiple locations on one Ring account, each with their own Ring Home plan. However, both locations would still be under your name, as they are under your Ring account. Only one payment method can be used for subscriptions on the same account as well. In your case, I'd recommend a different Ring account for the other business. You can be added as a Shared User for that account, allowing you to view the cameras. Hi @user_3d8907. When you set up your Ring device for the second house, you should be prompted to enter the location it's installed at. This is where you would enter the new address, creating that second location. Once you have a device set up at the second location, you can subscribe to a Ring Home plan.

I have two houses and when I tried to add the other, it said I need a different plan for each location. However, I am not able to set this up. any advice on how you have different locations and are able to manage two accounts?
