faults battery notification from stick up cam with solar. battery at 100%
troubleshooting
I get a faults battery notification on my phone from one of my stick up cams with solar. when I check thru app,,battery at 100%, camera 2 weeks old with solar panel. also I think it says something about not being able to capture something .. happened twice now..any idea's..

Hi @user_5b7291. Try factory resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
