Europe VAT invoice required

Hi all,I'm extremely desperate and disappointed at this stage by having made the choice as a company to buy any Ring products-services....**Can somebody help me to receive an obligatory by LAW correct VAT invoice?**After spending more than 2 hours on phone and chat with people that have no clue what they are talking about. Email address mentioned on Ring invoices don't work.I have two order for which I paid with my company credit card but impossible to get a correct invoice. I need at least my VAT number and company name mentioned on it. And normally the VAT should also be put at 0% for B2B.Hoping to get this solved and otherwise hoping that Ring can at least refund for my purchases as they don't allow me as a company to get the legally required documents.A not so happy customer,Olivier
