Devices not connecting after router update

We updated our router. Ring app says it's connected to our wifi, but devices won't connect.

    Hi @Dozaline. Since you've updated your router, you likely will need to reconnect your devices in the Ring App. If you're working with a Doorbell or Camera, you can navigate to the Device Health screen for each one and you will see a Reconnect to Wi-Fi option. Follow the steps there and it will walk you through reconnecting your device to your wifi network. I hope this helps! :)
