Can’t add my pets profile and pet tag

Question

Can’t add my pet profile on the ring app. After selecting pictures for the media , can’t click the next step. I used the method of uninstalled and installed multiple times, still stuck, not able to click on the 'Next' button to continue

Hi @user_60d27a. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app was a good troubleshooting step to try. I'd also recommend checking your phone's settings to make sure the Ring app has permission to access your photo library. Still a problem. Latest everything (iOS 18.5) and full permissions and it will not let me add a photo to a new pet profile. Very frustrating as I cannot continue setting the tag up without that ability.
