Our support team should be able to adjust the currency on your Ring Protect plan so that it charges you in AUD instead of USD.   Yes I’ve been paying in dollars since 2020 and was told by ring they only charge in euros or dollars not uk pounds now I’ve found out they do charge in pounds and have changed it but for the last 3 years have been charged exchange fees by my bank for paying in dollars the operator said this is somehow my fault for not signing into the uk account which I am signed to as it says in the top right hand corner when I sign in
