Be able to see a new order on the Order History page of Ring.com

I placed an order yesterday and today could not see my order that was placed. I contacted customer service and was initially told that only completed orders show up there. When I notified them that is not what the Order History page says, to include being able to see the tracking number, they then said that only orders with tracking will show up on the Order History page. If this is true, then Ring.com is the only big name company that does things this way regarding order history. Extremely frustrating. Please make changes to the Order History page that will show an open order, even if not shipped. It provides peace of mind to me, the customer, knowing that it was actually placed and allows me to track the status of my order. Just like I, or anybody else, can do at ALL other websites I make purchases on. I made sure to verify that I was logged in to my account on my desktop prior to putting the items in the cart and placing the order. (was told in the past that a different order was not showing up as I must have not been logged in prior to placing that order).Feel free to reach out to me if the website devs/engineer/manager needs a clearer understanding of this request.

Same day of order (16-Dec), the following day, and today. The customer service rep I chatted with today to get my tracking information said that the order data should have auto-generated and did not know why it did not. I did receive an email very shortly after placing the order. The email is the s
