Amazon deliveries not alerted on ring

My ring goes off if a truck goes down my street but NOT if the Amazon person walks UP my front steps with a package …!!!

I am having the same issues, and just recently it recorded the package delivery but the entire package is MISSING, no recording at all! I am bewildered.
