RIng 3 Plus ability to stay on 2.4 or 5 ghz

Question

My particular Xfinity router switches what it thinks is best between 2.4 and 5.0 ghz.  It  no longer gives an option to have separate SSID's for each.  It appears that my Ring 3 Doorbell functions better when it's on 2.4.  I'd sure like if in the app you could set option to stay on 2.4 , as many devices only allow 2.4 anyway.

And just like that !  My Xfinity app now as the option again to use different SSIDs for each band .  So my bell will stay on 2.4

The ability to force which band to use would be great - I know 2.4 Ghz is greater strength but the doorbell keeps selecting the lower strength 5Ghz band.  Seperate SSIDs isn't an option for my set up
