Hi @user_dd58d1. If you are setting up a Chime that was given to you that was used by a previous person, and they did not remove the device from their account, then you will need to wait the 15 days until you can set it up on your account.

When requested ownership it says 15 days and go through dashboard - dashboard and account details all set up ok but cannot add devices!
