Please add Dawn to Dusk Rule for Light Schedule

I have 4 floodlight cams plus a door bell and pair of motion sensors. I would like to be able to set the various devices to trigger all lights to come on upon detecting motion, but only when its dark. For instance I have several Wemo devices which let me automatically turn on lamps from dusk to dawn, dawn to dusk, doesn't matter. I can choose dawn or dusk as the start trigger for the rule at will, and it automatically adjusts throughout the year as the time changes based on my device location. Would like to be able to do the same with the lights, except block them from turning on during daylight without manually updating the schedule time throughout the year. Surely this is a simple programming update that could be added.
