Option to disable video cut off when motion stops

My floodlight cam and ring doorbell pro even with Advanced Motion Detection turned on will continue recording for the full length. My spotlight camera that’s solar powered over the driveway will cut off if motion stops and then start up shortly after when motion starts again. This results in several alerts in a short period of time instead of what would have been one alert for the doorbell or floodlight. My suggestion would be an additional option, after enabling advanced motion detection, to enable/disable the setting to end recordings when motion stops with the acknowledgment turning it off would impact battery life.
