My ring won't connect to new wifi
Hi, can someone please help me. My ring doorbell won't connect to my new wifi. Iv tried all the troubleshooting ring have provided. Iv reset everything. It gets to 95% then stops. Iv checked my WiFi the speed it's XXXX. Iv bought two new dupe ring doorbells, cheap ones from amazon, these connected within seconds. But ring took payment for my subscription on June so want to be able to use this.. It's so frustrating.

I had the same thing. I just kept trying, they connected on the fourth or fifth attempt.
