Motion zones- monitor multiple zones -get alerts for one

I have a large property and want to monitor all of it but don’t want to be alerted when deer walk across the back..what i want is to be alerted when someone walks near my home.  Why can’t they allow us to monitor mulitple areas and just sent alerts when one specific area had motion?  This works for busy street/sidewalk areas too.  You monitor the sidewalk and street areas ( because let’s admit it- the alerts go off no matter how careful we set it)) and just alert when someone walks near our home????
