Feedback on 24/7 Recording Beta - timing is off

ATTN Ring Engineers... Important Feedback regarding the 24/7 (Beta) feature... Model: Ring Indoor Cam (2nd Gen), quantity 2 - same issues for both 3 Days ago, I enabled the 24/7 Recording (Beta) feature for Quantity 2 of the Ring Indoor Cam (2nd Gen). I immediately noticed a significant and negative change in the way that motion detection is timestamped and presented to me.  The timing is off (delayed) making it much more difficult for me to see what's going on and even frustrating when trying to share videos... 1) Rich Notifications - the snapshot is showing the very tail end of the motion detection incident without any person or object visible.  Prior to enabling the 24/7 feature, the Rich Notifications were helpful and showed a car or a person centered on the snapshot.  Now I am lucky to even see anything as the snapshot is too delayed relative to the actual motion trigger. 2) When I look at history of the motion detected, the important activity takes place 3-5 seconds PRIOR to the motion detection tagging (blue highlighted section).  So trying to navigate by touching the well marked blue shaded areas, is useless.  Instead I have to try to rewind a few seconds prior to the blue shaded motion alert. 3) when sharing a video, the default start time was way past the start of the motion... Instead I had to navigate the history bar just before the blue shaded area so that a meaningful start time would be available... about 5-7 seconds prior to the motion detection shaded blue area to show the meaningful activity.  This is tedious to have to do this every time. My recommendation: please review your timing of tagging the events with blue shading as "motion detection" and go back several seconds prior so that the alerts can be meaningful and easily accessed and shared.   Otherwise, the 24/7 feature is of mixed success... While I do like the 24/7 feature itself, the Rich Notification feature is now useless and I don't like how much longer it takes to goof around with the history to figure out why I received an alert.  Please take another look at your timing relative to the motion detection for the sake of better motion detection (blue shading) and rich notifications. Thank you for your consideration.
