Not sure how hard this would be to implement but a facial recognition feature I think would be useful.I really cannot see the need for the doorbell to alert me when I myself am leaving or arriving at my front door (strangely I already know I am there!). Having the facial recognition would allow to ignore specific paople from triggering it.

Yeah I agree. It would have to be like a "in home" personal database stored in device or a cloud. You could create at setup and scan each person or AFTER its setup apon getting inital alerts, aperson enters the camera it could say unknown person and at that point you would have the ability to click/touch and add them if you wish so that the next time it will not alert.
