Custom Ring Message Feature Request
Dear Ring Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to know if it is possible to create and upload a custom Ring message that I personally made, and use it with my Ring system. If this feature is not currently available, I’d like to kindly ask if the team would consider adding this functionality in the future. Thank you very much for your time and support.

This is a feature I want too. It's often requested FOR A REASON. You don't need to be concerned about the quality of ringtones, or the content of ring tones. We can set custom ringtones on our phones. we want to be able to do the same with our (very expensive) door bells. I want to be able to have a unique message that's relevant to my family when it's someone's birthday. Maybe I'd want something unique for Halloween. If I ran a company, I'd probably want a corporate greeting on that door bell. etc. The use-cases are endless. The ones you offer are quirky, but a bit cheesy and limited. No doubt you paid Ant & Dec a lot of money to record their greetings. But PLEASE allow us to use our own sound files - .mp3 or even just a .wav - whatever format is fine. And yes, you'd need to security-check the file - we get that - but it's do-able. Thank you

Hello! Currently, Ring doesn't allow uploading custom voice messages; the "Quick Replies" feature offers pre-set options. While this feature is a popular request, its future implementation is not guaranteed. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the development team for consideration. For now, you can use the existing Quick Replies within the Ring app settings. Thank you for your understanding and suggestion.
