Can't control intercom when using ring doorbell calls

Finally ring have integrated the intercom system meaning I can unlock the buzzer door when someone uses the doorbell. Now they've introduced the ring calls where you can have doorbell notifications come through like a call. Only issue is answering the doorbell like this you can't control the intercom to unlock the door, meaning I have to hang up the doorbell then unlock the door. Made it possible then difficult
