Auto play pre-recorded warnings

Since most devices offer 2-way communications (meaning audio playback) already . It might be a good idea to have a way to set specific device at a time frame to play back pre-recorded warnings like: "What are you doing?" or "I am calling the police" when motion is detected closer to the device. This may disrupt the theft or crime mindset.
