Ring doorbell stopped connecting with amazon echo show

Up until just recently my ring doorbell had always announced someone at front door and displayed the video on my echo show. Now it simply says someone is st the frint door but no video. Within seconds the echo show says it cannot connect to ring.com but it does show my front porch on the echo show screen.

Hi @user34925. [Here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048169011-Helping-Your-Ring-Devices-Work-With-Alexa) is some more information about the Alexa and Ring integration. If you are having connection issues with your Echo Show, you may need to reboot your router or add a WiFi extender.
