You can find all of the steps on how to set up the integration between Ring and Alexa [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048169011-Helping-Your-Ring-Devices-Work-With-Alexa). Make sure both your Ring app and Alexa app are fully updated, and learn the Ring Skill in the Alexa app.
