Resetting fire/CO alarm
troubleshooting
Hi, I have been able to add multiple First Alert smoke/CO alarms but I have 2 that will not add. Is there a process to factory reset them? I followed the same process for these as all of the others, but these 2 never seem to be added to the Ring app. I will be able to see them in the device list but it never sets up.

Hi @user_bceb94. The instructions for Factory Resetting your Smoke and CO alarms can be found here. Factory Reset your First Alert Smoke & CO Detector If the device is powered up with the test button held down for 10+ seconds, the device will reset all Z-Wave settings and leave the network. Note: The device will not remain awake after resetting and will go into standby mode.
