I recently got a spotlight pro wired and when setting it up it would either stop updating mid update and say it’s my Wifi even though I have great Wi-Fi and other ring devices too . The camera was directly next to the router or it would finish the update I would access the camera then it would start an update again. I tried setting it up on a different phone, resetting the Wi-Fi and the device, even trying it on a different router. I thought it must be a faulty device so I returned it and got another and the same Is happening it just always updates then when it eventually stops i go on it and it just starts updating again. Anyone had this issue? Thanks

Having the same problem. We have 5 cameras, and one of them (that is closest to the router) keeps 'updating'. Anytime I check it in live view, the next time I try to see anything, it is 'updating'. Keeps happening.
