How can I open my garage door directly from the ring app?

So my new home built last year came with 2 garage lift masters. So I’ve set them up with the myQ app and then linked it with the ring app. However, when I try to open either of the garage doors, it’s just a shortcut to the myQ app and I’ll have to open the garage doors from there. Is there something I can buy or add so that I can open the garage doors from the ring app directly?
