Echo Show not showing Ring Doorbell Preview

Still having this issues in XXXX. My Echo Show only slows the Ring Doorbell video preview sometimes. The rest of the time it just shows a text notification on the screen. And if I ask it to show the front door video it has no problem. It’s only the automatic notification that fails. Can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed yet.
