Echo Show 5 doesn't work properly

I think I may have to return my new Echo Show 5. If someone rings the doorbell and I answer it on the Show and enable the microphone they cannot hear me. I have a radio station I can stream from TuneIn fine on my Google devices but Alexa just keeps saying "This station is not available on TuneIn right now". I can even stream from TuneIn on my phone with no issues. These are the two main things I wanted for my Show but it can't do them.
