Echo dot picks up another doorbell notifications

My Echo sends me alerts for when someone rings the doorbell at my mum's house! She also get the alerts for my house. How do I disconnect the two accounts?! The cam's are set up on different email addresses (I can't see her cam), it's just the Echo that tells me. The only link I can think of is that she has me on her prime but I have a separate Amazon account. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi @user48895. I would check your Alexa app to see if you see your mother's Doorbell in your list of Devices. If you find it and select it, you should see a trash icon on the top right to remove the device. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) to further investigate. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.

go to the Alexa app - More- Settings - Notifications - Smart Devices - Select the Device (Ring Doorbell) - Announcement Devices - Uncheck or Check the devices you dont want notifications on.  Thats it
