Continuously watching my flood camera on my Alexa 10

I called Ring support and asked what do i need to buy to watch the camera continuously. I was told that I need to buy a Alexa 10. So $250 for Echo 10 and $150 for the ring flood camera. The Alexa times out after 10 minutes of viewing the Ring Camera. I called both Alexa support and Ring support and they both point the finger at each other. So was I misinformed when I was told to buy the Echo 10 or is there a way to watch the camera continuously with out the Echo timing out every 10 minutes. Please e-mail with your answer.
