Does this mean the feature no longer works? I thought my settings might of have been messed up since it doesn’t work for me either.

Hi neighbors! Since a few of you are having similar concerns, I'd recommend starting with the basic troubleshooting steps first. You can find some troubleshooting tips for when your Ring and Alexa features stop working in our Help Center Article [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050373832-What-to-do-if-your-Ring-and-Alexa-Features-Stopped-Working-). I’d recommend looking through those steps, and if that doesn’t do the trick, you can reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). Additionally, you can [click here to go to Amazon’s Alexa Help Center ](https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201602230) for more in-depth troubleshooting support as well. Please feel free to report back in this thread on what solution works for you or what solution support recommends. :)

Same issue affecting multiple stickup cams and doorbell. The only difference is for whatever reason one of my cams actually sends motion announcements to my multiple echoes. I called Amazon who told me it was a ring issue. Contacted ring and they fixed the issue then an hour later it all stopped working. So I called ring back and they told me it was an Amazon issue. Contacted Amazon over 3 weeks ago with no resolve or follow up. Called again today and had them resubmit the ticket. In other words the engineers didn’t even have the ticket assigned.

I have the same issue. Just bought a brand new Video Doorbell 3 and Amazon Echo Show. I can ask Alexa to "show me the front door" and that works fine. But on my Alexa app the option for "Doorbell announcement" and "Motion announcement" are greyed out (see attached image). I can't turn them on. I have read through lots of help articles and can't find the answer. I tried disabling and re-enabling the Ring Skill, and the "camera" but still no luck. Can anyone help please!?

CHi @christopheau. Have you tried removing the Camera completely from the Alexa integration and then having Alexa rediscover it to ensure it's being properly recognized? If not I would give this a try to see if then allows you to adjust the announcements settings. If this concern continues to persist despite these troubleshooting attempts, I would recommend contacting our support team [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) or even Alexa's support team [here](https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201602230) for further assistance. Feel free to report back in this thread with any updates as well.

CThank you @Caitlyn_Ring I have tried adding and removing the camera from Alexa multiple times (as well as adding/removing the Ring Skill). No luck unfortunately. I will try the support teams.

Mine has stopped working too, but only for motion. Doorbell presses still announce and bring up a live feed on my Echo show, it's just motion alerts that have stopped. I took have disabled and re-enabled to Ring skill.
