I think it’s bad that Ring had chosen to force people into an expensive plan which is a rip off .They have taken away from the basic plan to force you into the plus plan besides raising price last year and another coming next year on the basic

Absolutely ridiculous that professional monitoring is now a special add-on for the sweet price of $200/year. I don't use their cameras or any other sensors so why can they not offer a simple plan for people who just want security systems?
