spotlight cam offline - I'm done with ring!
Been talking to customer support for over a week. Have had 2 cams for years. Newer cam all the sudden cannot connect. Why? No changes on this end to wifi. Older cam is still operational. Ring says I need to upgrade my wifi service. Why has it been working for 2 yearts. 1 year ago same thing happened and CS was able to "reverse" a software change on the cam. I suspect this is similar but CS's only advise is to upgrade my internet. But why has it been working for 2 years? It will cost me $150 to upgrade plus $180/yr in crease for my internet to that required by ring. To be honest, at this point, I'm done with ring and switching to something else - maybe Blink?
