Ring Bridge...do i need one for each floodlight?

What does the bridge do?? If I get 3 floodlight battery lights for my back yard, do I need a bridge for each as well? I already have a doorbell and 4 security lights that connect to my app...do they use the bridge as well or no? I can't seem to find info on how these work. Is there a chat capability on the ring site I'm not finding to get some help?Thanks
