PATHLIGHT / battery (*new). won't connect / any suggestions?

    Hi @Sprr1947. If your Pathlight is not connecting to your Ring Bridge, try the following steps: - Verify you are using a fresh pair of batteries for your Pathlight. - Hold the reset button on the Pathlight for 20–25 seconds. - Bring the Pathlight into the same room as the Ring Bridge. - Power cycle your Ring Bridge by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.       Thanks for the Spot On, advice; Unfortunately, they seem to be defective. I will be doing a replacement order. I love how this community takes care of each other.
