Floodlight Camera lights are strobing - Ring has NOT addressed common problem

Good morning, In reference to the *very common* problem that several Ring customers are experiencing (flood light camera lights strobing), please let me know what resolution Ring is offering. I performed a hard reset, I checked and confirmed there are no issues in my breaker panel. Before I completely switch to another manufacturer, please let me know if Ring is offering a discount for existing customers to replace FAULTY flood light cameras. FYI - I am NOT willing to spend any time on the phone with customer service just to have a phone operator walk me through the same basic troubleshooting steps. Your chat feature on this website is completely useless. And the fact that you don't offer an email option speaks volumes to the poor quality of your customer service.
