Ring to open

Hey everyone, I successfully installed the ring intercom, super happy! But then quickly learned that the door will only open, if I ring my doorbell first. Sounds like no issue but we have to use a touch screen that requires several steps before the doorbell actually rings. My main use case was to open the door for myself easily. System currently used is from Comelit. Any idea if there is a work around for manually ringing the doorbell first? Thank you Dennis
