Hello @user57622, Thank you for your patience. After Ring Intercom has been installed, make sure that Testing Mode is complete in the Ring app. To complete Test Mode in the Ring app, please make sure to follow the below steps: * Tap on the menu in the upper left. * Tap on Devices. * Tap on Ring In
