P16-33-20032001 - Fermax 9406

So I got this from support after asking what other compatible intercom replacement I could get to get my ring working Thank you for contacting the Ring Intercom team.Kindly note that based on the information and details you've shared, I would like to let you know that the model of your existing intercom (Fermax 9406) is compatible with the Ring Intercom system. Therefore, I kindly ask you to follow the following wiring diagram:- The Yellow colored Ring cable C9 or B9 will be wired in port the 1st port called BIN .- The Orange colored Ring cable C10 or B10 will be wired in the second port called port BIN . If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us and I or a member of my team will assist you. ----------------------So, this didn´t work. When setting up the intercom, as the intercom model is not on the list, I selected a different Fermax model, clicked accept all the way through up to the last steps. The issue I get is when testing the device. When I go to the building´s main panel, and ring my door, I get the message below:CODE: P16-33-20032001I never got any response back from customer support even though I replied their own email after very few minutes. Can somebody help me on this?
