High audio feedback when using Ring Intercom

Hello, I installed successfully a Ring Intercom in my Office. When someone rings, it correctly works. I have a notification and I can unlock the door. However, if I want to speak with the visitor, there is a really loud sound (audio feedback), quickly increasing, that forces us to hang up since the volume ins unbearable. We tried to adjust speaker volume and microphone gain. That doesn’t change a thing. I could see there are other people having the same issue. Any clue how I can fix this?
