Videos won't download, I have protect plan, They did a week ago

Download videos does not work on Apple desktop, iphone or iPad, Using both the website & the App, Tried Firefox & Safari (both officially supported), Not using a VPN.I was able to download with no issue a week ago, Help is non existant, Live chat useless, Phone chat worse. I have a feeling this is something to do with the big Microsoft wipeout after they updated their software which caused all the airports to be unable to check in customers. The download feature generates a link to an Amazon related coudspace which opens up in a new tab on all of the devices. I pay for protect plan....Thinking of selling these devices & cancelling the plan, Really non existant support, The website & app do not generate the verification code required for help either! Horrific setup, All the intrusive cookies & permissions to harvest my info work with no issue!
