Can't sign into my account

Hi, I got a new phone and now when I try and sign into my ring account it signs me in then wants a verification code sent to my old number which I don't have access too. I have tried calling customer service twice with no success as they aren't interested in listening to me and just keep repeating themselves. Is there another way to verify your account?
