I have bought a Video Doorbell Wired. This is the label in my transformer. Is this video door bell compatible? ![IMG_6722|375x500](upload://uaRcrQ1FZGomJrbbcWWRSBBmdhg.jpeg) I can only see 50/60Hz on the label. I cannot see anything to do with how much volts it is?

Hi @James987. I see at the bottom there is an arrow pointing to 8V and an arrow pointing to 12V. The Video Doorbell Wired is compatible with an existing doorbell system that includes a low voltage 8-24VAC transformer. I'd recommend reviewing the installation instructions [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360054984332-Installing-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Wired) if you're not sure how to install the Doorbell Wired. If you need further assistance with the wiring, we advise you consult a qualified electrician.
