Hi I have video doorbell with solar wall panel. It is my recharging nowadays. Has stopped working. Do I need a new solar panel or what ? Can’t see any place for a batteryThanksDr Shaz

If your Solar Panel is no longer charging your Doorbell, try the following steps:Wipe down the solar panels on your Solar Charger with a soft cloth to make sure there is no dirt or debris on them.Verify it is still getting a few hours of direct sunlight.Reboot your Ring Doorbell using the Ring app.If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
