I have setup the geofence feature. Both me and my wife use the ring app on our phones. How can we set up geofence to trigger a reminder ONLY if both the users are outside the perimeter?

Hi @penicillinman. At this time, it's not possible to set the Geofence feature up to trigger a reminder only if both users are outside the perimeter. Other users have requested this feature before. I had the same question. I do not see this being a useful feature if every time I leave the house it wants to arm even though a shared user is still in the home.

Has anyone else experienced not getting a security screw in the box

Double check all bits of paper/board in the box. I thought the same with mine then found them stuck to tiny little card on the back of it. They weren't with the other screws.
