Ring Video Doorbell Gen 2 Hardwired Not Functioning.
My hardwired ring video doorbell gen 2 is no longer ringing when pressing the doorbell it makes no sounds. Remains a solid white light and doesn't come through the chime either. I have tried a reboot and also checked the WiFi and device health for both doorbell and chime and all is OK. I'm still getting notifications on the ring app for motion alerts and still able to see live view however like I said the doorbell button isn't functioning or the sound. I only bought it new a few months back. Not impressed.

I am having the same issue but I do not get the motion alerts as well. I have tried a reboot as well as the full reset with no luck and I am now calling the support team.

Hi @user_fba7fb. A reboot was a good troubleshooting step to try. Since the Doorbell is not responsive to button presses after trying the reboot, I'd recommend fully resetting the Doorbell. You can do this by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, use the steps under Set Up a Device to reconnect the Doorbell. If that doesn't resolve this, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
