Ring doorbell not working!!

Hi, I bought a Ring doorbell in July and it’s already broken!! Last week it kept ringing all by itself so I took it down to charge it to see if that was the problem. It wouldn’t charge and now does nothing at all!! Also, for the last few weeks there has been moisture in the camera. It seems the only way I can try to resolve this is by phone, is this really the only way????

Hi @user_c94534. To start with, which model of Ring Doorbell is this? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If there's moisture inside the camera, it is likely damaged, but it helps to know what device we're working with first.
